The back of the head is ribbed and stretches to automatically fit your head.
There are no belts or metal fittings for size adjustment on the back of the head, so it's flat and won't interfere with the headrest while driving!
This ribbed work cap is also recommended for long drives during camping trips and family vacations.

Mesh Lining

The sweatband part uses a soft, quick-drying and absorbent material (COOLEVER).
The lining is mesh (100% polyester).
