A pen case that doubles as a pen tray

dritto Pen is a simple roll pen case made by folding a single piece of leather.
It retains all the benefits of a roll pen case, with the added gimmick of transforming into a pen tray when opened.

It blends seamlessly into any space, whether in the office, at home, or in a hotel during your stay.

The Dritto Pen is formed by folding a single piece of leather without any seams or joints.
While the design is simple, the material itself is also unadorned.

The leather used is Minerva Box from Badalassi Carlo.

Vacchetta leather is a traditional Italian method where vegetable-tanned leather is enriched with beef tallow (oil extracted by boiling cattle shin bones and hooves). This process is time-consuming and the fat is difficult to penetrate, but it gives the leather a unique luster when used and prevents the oil from leaching out.
Therefore, it requires almost no maintenance. It is a traditional technique passed down by only a handful of tanneries. Compared to other leathers, pre-existing scratches and 'tora' (neck wrinkles) are not hidden. However, as it is used, it undergoes aging (patina), which is its greatest feature, as the color and texture change over time.

The snap fasteners are machined snaps from Italian company PRYM.
We use large-sized Prym snaps, which are rarely seen in other brands.

The exterior is as simple as can be.
The exterior design eliminates ornamentation, allowing the leather's natural expression to shine through.
The simple design, even when opened, is not overly assertive, making it suitable for both men and women.

Just open the snap and spread the side gussets left and right.
Transforms into a pen tray in just 2 seconds.
