Instead of dyeing the fabric in its raw state, it is dyed (pigment dyed) after the product is completed.
It features an uneven texture, giving it a vintage-like finish.

Features

Made with carefully selected U.S. Cotton, it offers a dry and comfortable feel that doesn't cling to the skin.
It uses Open-End Yarn, which is spun using air and centrifugal force, and because the fibers contain air, it has a fluffy, dry, rough, and slightly stiff texture.
With repeated wear, it will conform to your body and develop a unique character.

A special sewing machine called a "4-needle flat seamer" is used for sewing each part.
Since the seam allowance finishes flat, it feels good against the skin, providing a soft and stress-free wearing experience.

Classical "cat-eye buttons" are used for the front opening.
The buttonholes are recessed in the shape of a cat's eye, and by hiding the thread used to attach the button within this recess, friction is reduced and durability is increased. This rational specification now also serves as a design element.

At the cuffs, there is a string-like sewing thread remaining, called a "karakan" (empty loop).
This is a detail that remains from the era of mass production, where leaving the thread long was done to avoid production loss from anti-fray treatments, allowing for some fraying without issue.
Today, bartack stitching (reinforcement stitching) is applied to the edges of the fabric, so the karakan will not fray even if cut at the base.

The hem, sewn with an overlock machine, is also distinctive.
This detail minimizes the thickness of the hem, preventing bulkiness and discomfort when tucked in.
With repeated wear, you can also enjoy the natural aging process as the hem gradually rolls up.

It adopts "tubular knitting," where the fabric is woven in a cylindrical shape.
This has the advantage of providing a stress-free and comfortable wearing experience, as there are no seams to touch the skin.
