A new material made using a vintage knitting machine called the Azuma knitting machine.
The Azuma knitting machine is an old-fashioned knitting machine that was primarily used in the 1970s.

Features

The ribbing at the neck, cuffs, and hem uses what is called needle punch ribbing.
By removing needles at regular intervals on the knitting machine, the finished product has an emphasized uneven texture.
This can be seen in vintage sweatshirts from before the 1950s.
